Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
